What an amazing start to the tournament! Germany faced Scotland in the opener of the UEFA Euro 2024 campaign. The Germans played beautiful football, which caught the Scottish fans by surprise. The opener was packed with 65,052 fans, and Germany did not disappoint. Led by young stars Jamal Musiala and Florian Wirtz, Germany dominated with possession and showcased their offensive and defensive prowess, scoring 5 goals.
Key Moment: Minutes after Niclas Füllkrug was substituted into the game, he scored a powerful shot, rocketing the ball into the net and stunning everyone.
Spain 2 – 1 Germany

Group A featured some of the best teams, and this game was no exception. Switzerland faced Germany in what was expected to be a one-sided game but turned into a fierce battle.
